With just a few days to go, we are looking forward to welcoming you to this year’s EABCT Annual Congress!

Here is a reminder of the key details and information on how to access the online platform to view real time sessions and also the recordings, which will be available by 22nd September at the latest.

You will also receive the following emails in relation to the Congress:

• CrowdComms – will email a QR code on Monday, 1st September that you can use at the kiosks upon registering to receive your badge. The QR code will come from noreply@m.crowdcomms.com •
• EX Ordo will be emailing you an invitation for the App from invitations@guidebook.com

Registration

The Eyas registration desk will be in Hall 2 at the SEC and will be open at the following times for you to collect your name badge and programme:

Social functions:
Wednesday 3rd September – Welcome & Opening Reception 17:30-19:30 Venue: Lomond Hall & Hall 2
If you have booked to attend the Congress Party or Gala Dinner they will be listed on your name badge.

Online access to live sessions and the Recordings – Online Programme

Log-in Details – please log-in via this platform: babcp.talkingslideshd.com
Your username is the email address you registered with and the password is: EABCT25
There is a help button with a dedicated support team should you have any technical issues.

Then in the ’Joining as a participant?’ field, simply type in one of the event codes below, depending on the room you are physically in:

Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the room and it will take to you to the login page. Here you will be prompted to enter your name manually. Once logged in you can submit questions via the Q&A function.

Certificates
Attendance certificates will be emailed within 4 weeks post-congress.

Wi-Fi
Wi-fi is available at the venue, please log into the SEC wifi network – no password is required.
