You can find out whether you need a visa to visit the UK (including Scotland) and apply for a visa via the UK government’s website:

We strongly advise that if you need a visa you apply for it via the website above. Do not apply via other websites or agencies as they may charge additional fees. The UK government website provides the visa application form in a number of languages.
